Answer #1

Fatty acid oxidation:

1. In the skeletol and cardiac muscle ,in this Aceyl CoA oxidation leads to the substrate production of the TCA cycle, then its form to the acetyl CoA and provides to ATP in the myocytes.

2.The end products of fatty acid oxidation are it can enters to the TCA cycle and ends up to the acetyl-CoA,CO2 & H2O

3, The  each cycle are starts  with an acyl-CoA and ends with one acetyl-CoA, 1 FADH2, 1 NADH and H2O, and The total energy 1 cycle is 17 ATP.

4. The cell occurs to the mitochondria in eukaryotic cells and cytosol of prokaryotic cells..

Calvin-benson cycle:

1. The main substrate using to the calvin cycle in 3 ribulose 1,5 bisphosphate.

2.The final product of the this cycle is the sugar glucose. CO2 joins to the organic molecules to produced glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate.

3. The energy yeilding to 6 ATP and 6 NADPH in calvin cycle

4.The cells occurs in the calvin cycle is  stroma of a chloroplast in plant cells.
