Facilitated the team's decision the entire decision-making process is handed over to a team of committee of subordinates. You serve only as a facilitator to guide the decision process and keep everyone on track. The team identify the problem, discover alternative solutions .Choosen the best alternative, and implements their choices.

It is good to make a team decision to solve a problem, because it is easy to reduce the stress of work. Several people in a group can reduce the workload because everyone has a problem solving skill. A teamwork can provide a productive result of the work.

If some problem occur, team member solve this with all efforts. they will find out the alternate solution of a problem and will select the best solution.

Through this team work all will get money information from each other to solve the problem.
