This is structural gene because it is translated into enzymes and other genes also is regulated as this gene produces enzymes .

Other gene regulates the function of this gene so this is structural .

If they would control other gene function they would be called like inducible or repressible .This is not constitutive because constitutive gene is expressed as usual all time.

This is an inducible system only because the product bind with other molecules which bind with operator of and promoter transcription of other gene so this is inducible .

If this would decreases the expression then it would called repressible.

Lin 4 overexpression will lead to deficiency of Lin 14 and larval differentiation in first stage.

Nucleosome aggregates and disaggregated when the N terminal amino acid of histone will be modified covalently like addition of negatively charged molecules like acetyl which repel each other and nucleosome will disassemble , other modifications can helps in assembly of nucleosome.
