Yes, in my opinion the video "Who Moved My Cheese" is instructive in understanding organizational change because it tells about how to deal with changes such as when a person has left his/her job, changes pertaining to different roles in the organization, change in organizational policies and procedures etc. It shows us how to adapt to such changes in the best possible manner without compromising the quality of work or commitment to the organization. It helps an individual to stay motivated during organizational changes and consider change as best opportunity to perform and get rewarded for your efforts.
