ANS

President Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation as an uprising in an aim to eradicate slavery from united states , Lincoln declared that ,"that all persons held as slaves" within the rebellious states "are, and henceforward shall be free.', the rebellious states were the states which didnt want the slavery to be end and these states included the states like North Carolina and Tennessee etc. The moral considerations behind the Emancipation Proclamation was to free the slaves from the South America and to end the slavery system from the states, this was to be done as slaves had to go through a lot of cruelity and they did not have any freedom of living. The blacks were only kept as slaves and blacks were considered to be lower than whites which was a root to lot of immoral practices against the blacks. The people were traded as slaves and were kept in bars which also downgraded their lives. The political considerstions behind the Emancipation Proclamation were to give the equal rights to blacks and to gain their trusts which would give a lot of power to Republicans in the upcoming future as the blacks would be loyal to Lincoln. Also the Emancipation Proclamation freed the slaves only in the states which was the part the states which formed the Federation. No, even after Emancipation Proclamation the slaves were not free immediately as the Federation states did not agree to sign the Proclamation and were still in rebellion against America and due to which the Civil war was ignited and after the Civil war the slaves were freed.
