The type of epithilium shown in the image is olfactory epithilium. It contains a meshwork of sustentacular microvilli and olfactory cilia on the surface which can be seen in the image.. Below it is the basal epithilia cells.Then below it is the nerve bundle cells. So, we can identify it as the olfactory epithilium.

The tissue enclosed in the rectangle is the connective tissue and it is elastic cartilage. There is chondrocyte in the lacunae and also elastic fibers are seen in the matrix. So, we can identify it as the connective tissue( elasitc cartelage)
