Technology plays a major role in establishing that communication channels between the stakeholders so as to ensure proper and timely sharing of data, information and knowledge. Now one can connect to anyone in this world at just the click of a button. This has speed up the whole communication process. Another role played by technology is decreasing the gap between the different stakeholder. Eg: In today's world of social media, the customers are closer to the companies as compared to the earlier times. Technology has played a major role in building relationships and bringing people closer.
