Answer #1

Yes my mood totally affect my memory and perception even expectations. As when i am in good mood, everything is happening right and i am giving 100% of me. I.e i use to be most efficient.

Stress use to forget my energy or lose my focus and i forget my goals.

When i am in stress , i always trying to forget the resson and take that in positive way.

Once i was thinking about my course why i opted it when i have no interest in that, but i was trying to convince or manipulate my mindset that it was not as wrong as i think and i was seeking positive points of that.
