Before you get started taking report, I need you to get over to pediatric intensive care. They're in crisis mode due to several emergent admissions overnight. They don't have enough staff and we actually have one more nurse than usual. But I don't even have any pediatric experience, let alone critical care. I wouldn't know where to begin. Just stay there for the day and do the best you can to help out. We cannot justify our extra nurse, when they are really struggling.

Nurse should not perform malpractice.

In pediatric intensive care unit nurse should be very careful , while performing any procedure. She also have to maintain a good communication with other health care team members.

She have to be efficient in her job. She should also need efficient knowledge about pediatric nursing .

She should ask about her self-confidence to fulfil all these qualities before taking these assignment .
