ANSWER)

A- PROXIMAL CONVULATED TUBULE

B- BOWMANN CAPSULE

C- GLOMERULUS

D DESCENDING LOOP OF HENLE

E- ASCENDING LOP OF HENLE

F- COLLECTING DUCT

EXPLANATION

NEPHRON IS A FUNCTIONAL UNIT OF KIDNEY . EACH KIDNEY CONSIST OF 1 MILLION NEPHRONS. EACH NEPHRON HAVE TWO PART THAT IS RENAL CORPUSCLE AND RENAL TUBULE.

RENAL CORPUSCLE IS THE REGION WHERE BLOOD PLASMA IS FILTERES WHILE IN THE RENAL TUBULE FILTERED FLUID IS PASS. RENAL CORPUSLE HAS TWO COMPONENTS

THE GLOMERULUS : IT IS A TUFT OF CAPPILARIES WHICH ARE FORMET THROUGH AFFERENT ARTERIOLE WHHERE BLOOD PASMA FILTERATION OCCUR

BOWMAN CAPSULE: IT IS A DOUBLE WALL EPITHILIAL CUP WHICH ENCLOSES THE GLOMERULUS.

THE FILTERED FLUID FROM GLOMERULUS CAPPILERY IS PASSES INTO RENAL TUBULE CALLED PROXIMAL CONVULATED TUBULE WHICH FURTHER PASSES SEQUENTIALLY THROUGH DESCENDING LOOP OF HENLE ASCENDING LOOP OF HENLE , DISTAL CONVULATED TUBULE AND THEN INTO COLLECTING DUCT.

IN PROXIMAL CONVULATED TUBULE THE LARGEST AMOUNT SOLUTE AND WATER IS REABSORBED. APPROXIMATELY 65% OF FILTERED SODIUM, CHLORIDE, BIOCARBONATE AND POTASSSIUM ALONG WITH GLUCOSE AND AMINO ACID ARE REABSORB.

THE DESCENDING LOOP OF HENLE IS HIGHLY PERMEABLE TO WATER AND MODERATELY PERMEABLE TO SOLUTE. APPROXIMATELT 20% OF FILTERED WATER IS REABSORBED . THE ASCENDIN LOOP OF HELE HAVE TWO PORTION THICK AND THIN WHICH ARE IMPERMEABLE TO WATERMOSTLY IN THICK ASCENDING LOOP OF HENLE SODIUM CHLORIDE AND POTASSIUM ARE REABSORBED ALONG WITH CALCIUM MAGNESIUM AND BIOCARBONATE.

THE DISTAL CONVULATED CELL CONSIST OF TWO TYPE OF CELL CALLED AS PRINCIPAL CELL AND INTERCALATED CELL. THE PRINCIPAL CELL REABSORB SODIUM FROM THE LUMEN AND SECRETE POTASSIUM IN THE LUMEN WHILE THE INTERCALATED CELL REABSORB THE POTASSIUM AND BIOCARBONATE FROM THE LUMEN AND SECRETE HYDROGEN ION INTO THE LUMEN.

NOW THE FILTERED FLUID IS DRAIN INTO COLLECTING DUCT WHERE SPECIFICALLY IN MEDULLARY COLLECTING DUCT REABSORPTION OF UREA AND SODIUM TAKE PLACE WHILE SECREATION OF HYDROGEN ION IN LUMEN . THROUGH COLLECTING DUCT THE FILTERED (URINE) IS PASS INTO URETER THROUGH RENAL PELVIS.
