Employees could face or experience burn out, here, leadership team could understand by putting their observations on the works, on their faces and by taking feedback from such employees.

Few are the steps can be taken to help that person could recover; such steps are as stated below:

• Managers or leadership team could bring more flexibility in the tasks, employees could take more relaxation and perform their tasks at their comfortable time, in case of issues, and they should be given option to discuss their concern.
• Manager should motivate them and make the job or work environment much positive and diversified, so tasks can be managed in stipulated time, employees get aligned to improve their skills and expertise over time.
• Employees should be helped with considering work life balance; they should be given facilities for healthy workout like gym, tennis playing, and cricket and football game playing.
• Employees should be given choice to select their tasks that could ease their efforts and they could recover from burnout.

Now, let me consider one program that should be implemented to prevent future burnout, here, organizational leadership team could arrange leadership training program that would describe about perspective of leaders and how to develop manage a team, how to build another leader?, such program would be highly useful for such situation.

a. One-minute goal setting: here, for starting any work or any shift, leader should inform the goal as expected from the work, so, team members will be aware of such goals and they could perform better or align their efforts accordingly.

b. One-minute praising: here, leader should praise immediately once they found any good performance within the team members, if during running of shift, any particular target as achieved by a person, then they should be praised immediately.

c. One-minute reprimand: here, leader must approach immediately as they find any wrong in the tasks, here, they should create response as soon as possible and discuss the matter with that team member in private, check the facts and fix the issues at the same place and same time.
