One of the ideas presented in the film "What the Health" and in the textbook Social Problems and the Quality of Life, the 14th edition is the impact that our lifestyle choices and stress have on our own health,. Think of a lifestyle change you would like to make that would improve your overall physical and mental health and/or reduce your stress. What change would you like to make? How will this benefit you? What barriers may prevent you from making this change? What will help you to make this change?

Health is defined as complete physical, mental and social well being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. It is the definition of health by world health organization. The health in the present world is facing many challenges .

The main reason why all get disease is the wrong lifestyle followed during this busy scheduled world. People are always thinking of money, wealth... It is good to have money, but it shouldn't be at the cost of your health. If a person is healthy he can make wealth easily.

There are some methods one should follow to maintain a good health.These are eating good food that contains complex carbohydrates, healthy fats and proteins .Good exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. Do yoga and meditation to relax mind and body and to have a good sleep to reduce stress. Avoid late night sleep.
