D) heterozygous and purple.

The two flowers that were crossed in the above experiment were a homozygous dominant purple and a homozygous recessive white. Because of this each of the offspring in the F1 generation were all heterozygous making them purple which is 100% (Pp) according to Mendel's laws of inheritance.
