Organizational behavior is a method to study human behavior in the workplace of the organization. It states about how employees react, reply to different situations in the organization. It plays a vital role in strategic management, as strategic management involves planning and working on different projects in the organization, which involves using organizational behavior. While planning for the project, the employees need to perform the given task as a team, which will help the organizational project achieve its short and long-term objectives. There should be one motive for every employee to achieve the project's objectives. There should not be any personal benefit behind performing any task. It will include marketing, sales, human resource teams in the whole project, and every employee of each team should maintain discipline and try to contribute as much as they can for the project's success. The employees should have all the right to speak and share their creative ideas in front of other employees, which will help them communicate with each other, and the organizational objectives will be achieved. So, organizational behavior is a crucial element in the field of strategic management in the organization.
