Answer - Lupus erythematosus is autoimmune disease in which body's own antibody destroy our body's major organs and tissue. It is chronic or systemic inflammatory disease results major organs affected and fibrin , connective tissue becomes deposited inside the blood vessels or in the organs leading cause necrosis, inflammatory reactions seen in blood vessels, lymph nodes, gastrointestinal tract and pleural cavity.
Sign and symptoms includes -
- Erythma (red face), butterfly like structure

Treatment are as following -
- Provide treatment for reduce Inflammation as prescribed by physician.

- Teach and aware the patient to away from direct sunlight.
- Assess the skin integrity, providing good oral care.
- Use good ointments and cream at affected skin areas.
- Assist with plasmapheresis as prescribed by the physicians to remove autoantibodies and prevent from organ damage.
- Monitor the patient for renal damage, assess for Blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine.
- Monitor for bleeding, bruising, injury.
