Answer #1

1- Discuss one key provisions of the ACA 2010, as it currently exists and one provision from changes that were or will be phased in from 2010 to 2020. How well each provision has, has not helped, or will help provide high quality and affordable care.

Under affordable care act, there is a provision of creating state based insurance exchanges to help individuals and small business purchase insurance. There is provision of federal subsidy to those who have low income as per federal poverty guidelines. So basically the aim was to increase the number of insured people.

but in period 2010-2020, it is suggested to remove subsidies of any kind so again people will avoid availing health service out of financial burden . This provision is just targeting towards filling up of budget deficit not health care gap.
