Answer: Option a 5 Newton

Vector sum depends on angle

For least angle 0 degree both vector are in same direction so add the forces

If we add two forces = 11+5= 16 N

For highest angle 180 degree the vector is in opposite direction so subtract it

If we subtract two forces = 11-5= 6 N

So the answer must be between 6N and 16N only option a violates which is less than 5
