1)Here what is being contemplated stands for, avoiding an unethical decisions.When we go deep into something and ask such questions related to being it's legal.or right ourselves can be said as a key component of being honest. Use of these three questions constantly as an 'ethics check' can help guide one into a pattern of 'right' behavior that can become habit-forming and put one on the right path allevated towards being ethical as well as a trustworthy.

2)Being socially responsible not only bolster a company's image but also build its brand value. This can be said as a sense of obligation towards society as it can be understood, as much you take from society while building and organization and running it, the same is your responsibility for returning it to the society in some way or the other. Being responsible corporate citizen is way much more than just a cost,or constraint, or a charitable deed, it can be implied as a derivation of opportunity, innovation, and competitive advantage,hence it is critical to business success.
