Ksp is the solubility product constant.It represent soluble of solid substance in aqueous solution . Substance having higher Ksp value is soluble more rapidly to its constituent ions

From above Ksp value it's shown that Ksp value is higher for ZnCO3 then CuCO3 and least for PbCO3

So ,PbCO3 being the lowest Ksp value will soluble less and that's why precipitate first and then CuCO3 and lastly ZnCO3

So 3rd option is the correct option
