Answer #1

Solution: False.  The Oxford philosopher Julian Savulescu argues that, when the technology becomes safe, genetic enhancement of children should be optional, but not morally obligatory, for those parents who want to help their children compete and pulished an essay too with title “Procreative Beneficence: Why We Should Select the Best Children,” Bioethics, 15, no.5/6, 2001. This should not be done as this is moreover like cosmetic enhancement of the offspring which goes against the noture and will result in artificial muscle enhancement, artificially increased athletic performance and unnatural cognitive enhancements such as increased IQ as compared to normal child or greater learning ability. This artificial genetic enhancement will challange society and one day will come every human will be human robotics kind as they will be laced with extraordinary skills. This kind of genetic enhancement will put human race to genetic risk also. Thus, genetic enhancement is not a solution but can be used in certain cases like cystic fibrosis or sickle cell disease and in these cases we have a moral obligation to do so.
