Identify and describe a news article that involves a situation of moral significance where a person or institution intended one kind of consequence or result of an action but a completely different unanticipated consequence occurred. In your initial input, describe and analyze the situation using consequentialist theory.

Consequential is an ethical theory that judges whether or not something is right by what its consequencies are for.For instance,most people would agree that lying is wrong.But if telling a lie would help in saving a person's life,consequentailism says that its right thing to do.Examples of consequentialism are utilatrianism [greatest good for greater numbers] and hedonism[good if the consequence produces pleasure and avoid pain].

A news article was depicting a case of a Person X who saved someone's life from the accident.It was assumed that he would not save the life of completly bruised body due to the bystander effect and diffusion of responsibility.But he showed a prosocial behaviour by helping the victim admitting him to the hospital as it was giving him more pleasure to help someone. This as a consequence gives pleasure and happiness.
