The main difference between human and animal behaviour is that human behaviour is driven by reasoning and in case of animals it is driven by instincts. The way human instincts interact with the environment to create behaviour is different to that of animals. Human behaviour is a reflection of self-reflect but in animals thats not the case. Human behaviour is controlled by the conscious mind or the ego. Animal behaviour is without any ego and there is a lack of self-esteem.
