Internet neutrality is the idea that internet service providers should provide equal access to all customers to content and applications regardless of the source or nature of the content.
For instance, at this time the internet services provide to customers is based on network neutrality model as it is designed over the standard phone lines that didn't charge further for clearer calls vs non-clearer or noisy.

I am in favor of network neutrality. As an ordinary user, I thin that network neutrality may be a great source of innovation without a need to seek the permission of the internet providers and it might well lead to new business models. Vibrant democracies would like free markets and an unrestricted use of internet and alternative forms of information sharing resources.
