Total Increase cost = 0

Total Decrease cost = $45,000

Total Inventory Holding cost = $8200

Total Cost = Total Increase cost + Total Decrease cost + Total Inventory Holding cost + Total Production cost + Total Overtime cost = 0 + 45000 + 8200 + 640000 + 91650 = $784,850
