Answer #1

Answer 2= As we know that negotiation and conflict management are the two most important elements in the organization in order to deal with the clashing and conflicting demands and situations. These two processes lay down the guidelines that can be used to address the different interests of the various parties to the contract and resolve the issue on hand.

Negotiation is the process in which all the parties to the conflicts it together than try to find out the probable solution to the conflict so that the areas of disputes can be sorted out and a compromising or wining situation can be obtained.

But in the situation where there is a very high level of mistrust, threats and violence have occurred, it is not easy for the different parties to sit on the round table and discuss their concerns and try to find out the solution because of the high level of hostility. The parties to the conflict will accuse each other, will not believe and trust each other and can be involved in the blame game. But the ultimate solution to this hostile situation is to find the most beneficial and practical solution that can only be obtained when they come on the table of discussion and negotiation.

Although it will not be easy it has to be done as the only possible way out from this situation is to negotiate and discuss the concerns.
