However in circumstances where interactions are under pressure or mistrust has been established, there is risk that all sides are inferred and detrimental and appear to be mutually destructive, to leave work, to wreck the office buildings, etc. This seeks to achieve the win-win situation to ensure that neither of the parties' interests are harmed.While negotiations with each other are complicated in this case, it is the only acceptable way to deal with these problems and at least prevent unpleasant circumstances where the end outcome is a shutting down or suspension of work between the parties. The only ways of dealing with them are the negotiation of terms and conditions, not the opposing conditions.
