Energy stored in the inductor is given as

E = 1/2 * L * I2

0.4 = 1/2 * 0.6 * I2

I = 1.1547 amps

voltage across Resistor = IR = 23.1 V

so,

voltage across inductor = 50 - 23.1

voltage across inductor = 26.9 Volts
