All the four options are correct.

First of all when a protein is synthesized in the cytosol, to programme it to secret out of the cell, the N terminal region of the protein must have a leader sequence which will help the protein to get inside the ER. Then from the ER, it should be processed and packed inside a vesicle and go to the Golgi bodies. From the Golgi bodies the protein should again be packaged inside a vesicle and release the protein out of the cell by exocytosis.
