Defining the job:

After graduation, I would be pitching for the company that would offer me a Marketing trainee job in the profile that is related to my graduation specialisation i.e. business management. I would be receiving training under the manager of marketing for various on site skills such as communication strategy with the prospective clients, persuading the clients, convincing them, selling our product to them and providing after sales services. Along with receiving these skills, company should make me to go the field so as to acquire customers for the business.

Second task:

1. For identification of the potential job leads and prospective employer, I would be searching the jobs over various job portals and over the print media sources. I would then understand the job description if it is mentioned over the job portal or i would search for the job description over the website of the company or I would contact an HR executive for the job description. I would than shortlist the jobs according to my needs of marketing trainee job and then I would apply for the particular job. I would then attend the selection procedure for the job on the date being mentioned in the job advertisement or I would ask HR executive for the date when I am supposed to be present for the further selection procedure if the date is not mentioned in the advertisement. I would then go through all of the procedure of selection as being designed by the company. On getting approved through these steps, I would ask for the salary negotiation and other employment rules during final stage of interview and upon getting selected, I would then start going to job from the joining date.

2. I would try to gather the information related to the job description and job role and key performance areas. I would also ask for salary structure and their performance appraisal policies. I would ask about the timing s of the job and would also try to explore the challenges and life at work within the company.
