Are you for Gun Control (Less Guns) or for Gun Rights (More Guns)? Why? What are the issues at hand?
What is your claim? Why do you pick this side?
Support your claim with evidence and strong arguments.
I’m for gun control considering the number of gun violence and random shooting that kills many people in various places. One of the most important reasons is that people were allowed to bear arms during the war of independence because the government was not able to provide arms to all the people who join the army. Secondly, the country was very vast and wild thus, people needed guns to protect themselves in the absence of a strong police force. Thirdly, people were not civilized enough to settle issues amicably and there were vandalizers and criminals around the country thus, it became necessary for individuals to have guns. However, today all these problems are taken care of, so individuals do not need to own guns anymore.
