Answer: True It has been found that temperature is one of the critical entities which plays a crucial role in yeast fermentation process. Yeast needs not to be not so cold or not so warm . Yeast fermentation works best at an optimum temperature of (32˚C-35˚C). Increase in temperature have been found to yield low ethanol.
