Joseph maccarty was an Politician in America who gave his service to U S Senator ( Republican ) belonging from state Wisconsin from the year 1947 till his death in the year 1957 The americans are eager to whatever he say because he had became the frequest and mostly visible personality in the US when there was tension of cold war which feared the communist subversions.He alleged the communist and soviet spies had entered and infiltrated the US federal govt. ,film industry,universities and other which made him to be censored by the US senate .on the practices of maccarty the term Mccsrthsim was coided by american following his practices and today this word is used to mean unsubtantiated ,reckless accusation also as public attacks on the patriotism of political opponent
