1) As organizational development is meant with the use of the organizational resources for the improvement of the efficiency as well as productivity hence this is effective for boosting employee morale as the workers might feel much more empowered as well as valued when the company is structured.

With having only power one cannot promote organizational development while they should also have proper control and enough content and proper management to foster the organizational development.

2) Though the fight might vary from country to country and the strategy is not specific to one country hence come of the country like Finland have managed to keep the transmission in control due to the government strategy along with the awareness of the people. While some like the USA even when having strategies was not able to demonstrate their leadership skills in preventing the COVID-19

3) Proper management is definitely a key factor for organizational development as it helps in proper management, systematic changes, proper attribute and values for an employee for an individual and company's growth and in turn create a healthy environment for responding better to adatpting change to any market and focus on continuous improvement for increased profits.
