a. My anxiety and stress.

b. The lonliness.

c. My state of mind due to my heredity.

a. Children must know the chemical benefits of eating for brain. There is a need to teach kids about brain hunger.

b. Indulge them into cooking and make them realise hiw it benefits to a healthy growth of life.

The above motivations will surely be proved effective because children have become more curious and concerned with their health.
