1.Self motivation,Personal interest,willingness and self-volunteering are some of the internal factors that influence the work organization.Example: An employee with this above factors can perform the work in a well organised way.Or else an employee with the negative impact internally cannot perform work in a well organized way.External factors are relationship with co-workers,team leader, Work timings,pay,Appreciation and promotion are some of the factors that can affect the work organization.Example:If the organization appreciates the performance of the employee he will gets the encouragement to work in a best possible way.Thus the above mentioned internal and external factors affect the work organization.

2. Governing body is having a leading role in running a hospital.

Overall in charge of all departments in hospital such as finance,human resource,security,accounts and medical services etc.

Maintaining and providing quality care.

3.Being as a single body as like the governing body it is difficult to perform all work in a better way. To accomplish the work it is necessary to have groups to be divided.For example, for quality maintaining and checking just the governing body cannot investigate all areas whereas it can appoint the audit committee,Quality check committee thus from these committees they can get the reports. So groups,committees and teams are necessary to perform the work in a better way and accomplish the organizational goals.

4.Training is the important staffing process.In recruitment and selection process the candidates are selected based on their professional and educational qualification.After to that it is important to give proper training and guidance from the organization side to maintain the quality of the organization.

5.Managers can get the suggestions and feedback from the employee for organization betterment.

He must listen to their complaints and try to rectify those problems.

Providing equal appreciation, pay and promotion to the employees.

Providing all services and benefits to the employees.
