The flower includes sporophytic tissue.

Flowering plants are angiosperms that have ccvered seeds .

Sporophyte phase is the green part with roots,stems , leaves , and flowers. sporophyte is more prominent than gametophyte. The gametophytes are reduced in size, and are represented by germinated pollen and the embryo sac.

In living confers ,microscopic male gametophytes should be found inside.
