We know:

n1M1V1 = n2M2V2

For oxalic acid , n = 2

Molarity = moles of oxalic acid/volume of solution in L

= (0.120/90)/(25/1000)

= 0.053 M

Volume = 25mL

For NaOh, n= 1

Molarity = 0.100 M

Volume is unknown

2* 0.053* 25 = 1*0.1* V

Therefore V = 26.5 mL
