Answer #1
$12000 Manufacturing overhead Overapplied

Under or over applied overhead is the difference of Overhead Applied to production based on Predermined rate and the actual overhead incurred during the Production cycle.

Manufacturing overhead Includes all the indirect expenses incurred relating to Product cost.

Hence Indirect Material and Labour will include in Manufacturing overhead cost.

Total Actual Manufacturing Overhead inccured

Indirect Material (98000-79000) $19000
Indirect Labour (122000-112000) $10000
Other Manufacturing overhead $204000
TOTAL Actual Manufacturing Overhead $233000

Overhead Over ( Under Applied ) = Manufacturing overhead Applied - Incurred

=$245000 -$233000

= $12000 Overapplied
