The correct answer for the question is Option A - Identify Medix's core purpose and share it with his employees. The issue with Medix Staffing solutions is that the workforce stay for a year or two and then move on. The issue can be attributed to the fact that the employees are not satisfied with the job on offer. However, Limouris's goal is that it should be made a company where people are excited to work. In order to achieve this it would be good if Limourie could identify the core purpose and share it with his employees. This will drive the employees to work for their betterment and that of the company and ultimately would drive the employees towards the company's common vision and value statement. This will reduce the attrition rate and help the employees to feel motivated.

Option B is incorrect as it is not the specific reason that employees are leaving Medix.

Option C is incorrect as allowing employees to work from home rather than coming into the office is not going to solve the issue of Medix. It becomes necessary to understan the reason of the employees leaving Medix and then work and solve those issues by addressing a common goal.

Option D is incorrect as mere changing of dressing style will not help address the concern.
