According to the policy and procedures of Smith manufacturing co employees are allowed to purchase the things for their personal use at a price equal to companies cost for that the employee must complete a material requestion forf and which must be approved by the employees immediate supervisor,

Here Brian is the process of replacing a deck on his home and he requested lumbar for personal use which has been approved according to the companies policy

Morover while computing the cost he reviewed all the purchase invoices of the past year based on his professional knowledge and choose the best available price payble to the comapany

Here MR Brian acted good and in an ethical manner without decieving the companies policies and norms and acted with good professional and moral ethical standards such honesty,fairness and responsibility.
