Apple is the company which is known for creating innovative products like iphones, ipods, ipad, smartwatch, truewireless airpods. Iphone is one of the innovative product in the history of smartphones. The first iphone was itself innovative where it had touch screen with high storage when phones just have small screens with keypads and limited storage. Iphone has its own Operating system called iOS developed by apple company. The iphone with innovative iOS cause Nokia to exit from the market because Customers were adopting innovation brought by Iphones and sales of nokia were declining.

This innovation was brought through induced strategic behavior. This is the top down approach where firm focuses on creating innovation and creativity matches its current strategy, structure and present product. apple is one of the large company that uses this approach because this approach helps company to be innovative for its main star product that is iphone. on the other hand, Ipod was the innovative product that used autonomous strategic behavior approach. Ipod was not the main line of apple's product but created by creative ideas of employees at bottom to think outside the present structure and product.

Iphone's innovation is very successful product in the market.Iphone has been in the market for 10 years and still running with huge profit margin.according to statistica, " iPhone sales worldwide generated more than 142.38 billion U.S. dollars in revenues in 2019." Iphone is one of the smartphone which is considered premium class smartphone.Iphone comes with unique designs, first notch display in iphone x and functions like AR and VR in cameras.
