  1). while taking over the business she started from the scratch means her father was the owner of this hotel chain but at the age of 22 when she completed her studies and came back to India she started from the marketing field and not from the top management field and later on when her dad died she took over the companies charge at the age of 24. So this shows us that she always wanted to learn and then implement.

  2). The second thing which is made her one of the most powerful business entrepreneurs in the world is her experience she has been working in the industry for almost 20 years and her experience speaks a lot of as a hotel is considered as among one of the top 101 hotel chains.

  3). Her generosity and her way of speaking with her employees and investors creates tons of difference as she says that having enthusiastic and motivated staffs is the primary thing which an entrepreneur should consider while leading a team.

  4 she is also a visionary as she takes important steps for the upcoming dynamic changes for eg when she came into the business as a chair person she found that the park hotel, new Delhi had only 10 % occupancy rate while taking that into focus she found the infrastructure of the hotel very poor so initially she completely changed it and made it look more beautiful and this increased the occupancy rate.
