Here we are considering a Home-Business owner.

A home business owner is the type of computer user who needs to take a better decision on choosing the specification while selecting a computer system for his use.As a home user, all he wants is a computer system with best available processing capacity within his budget.But since he needs to deal with the business using the computer he should consider of increasing the budget a little more to achieve more processing and storage capacity in order to store the huge data resulting from the business administration.and the system should be capable enough to run business administration tools which may require more amount of primary memory than an ordinary home user.Also according to the type of business, the applications may need a high-quality display, so the need for a graphics card also arises.So the system for a home business user has to meet the requirements for both home user and business user.he may use the system in the home for simple data processing such as a word or excel applications and use the system for entertainment such as playing movies and music and the kids may use the system for playing lighter games and all and as a business using the system will be used for storing and retrieving a large amount of business data and the business-related applications are executed on the system including online applications such as video conferencing emailing and all.so the main functions that the system should support are word processing applications, media applications, gaming, internet access quality graphics (as required in business ) these should be run at a good processing speed also.

1.Pricing: Pricing is the most important thing in building the system because the budget is to be set as a circle and we need to play inside the circle

2.Quality: Even with the slightly higher price going for a brand that proved its quality over years will be a good idea since the branded items have a responsive customer support team and replacing warranty so that in case of minor errors we don't need to worry about a lost

3.Performance: The system should meet the requirements with a good processing speed.time is more valuable than money so the processing speed matters for every kind of computer user

4.Efficiency: The system will be running in most of the time in the working hours and home usage in off days so the efficiency should be taken into consideration since the energy consumption is expensive in nowadays.
