Answer #1

first of all lets learn about the definitions of terms that we have been given to choose from.

1.Dietary recall-It is basically a data that is collected from a person to get information of all the food ,including beverage and dietary supplements, consumed within the past 24 hours. It is done through a questionare or an interview.

2.Dietary record- it is the record of food items or beverages consumed by a person over a specific period of time. The time period considered may vary.It can be a record of past 3 or 4 days unlike dietary recall which is only for past 24 hours.

3.Food frequency questionare-It is a set of questions prepared to collect information regarding the frequency or even the portion size of food items or beverages over a period of time. The time period may vary from 1 month to 1 year. This can be used epidemiologic studies as well.

4.Natural diet history - It is the diet that has been used by humans since a really long time in various civilisations around the world.

So now coming to matching the definitions:

# All foods consumed during a specified period of time (usually 3 to 7 days ) recorded by an inividual on paper -DIETARY RECORD
