Ans 2 : heart rate tracing 1 is 50

Heart rate tracing 2 is 70.

The simplest method for calculating heart rate is by counting the number of QRS complex over a 6 sec and then multiply by 10. In first figure there are  five QRS complex so the heart rate is 50. And in second 7 QRS complex then heart rate 70.
