there are 4 point mutations

1) AGT is changed to AGC this is silent mutation because both AGT and AGC codes for same amino acid Serine

2) CCA changed to CAA this is missense mutation because CCA codes for proline and CAA codes for glutamine

3) TGC changed to TGA this is nonsense mutation TGC is changed to TGA, TGA is a stop codon

4) CCC changed to CGC this is missense mutation because CCC codes for proline and CGC coded for arginine
