Answer #1

12.8% v/v => 12.8 ml alcohol in 100 ml capsule

10.1% w/v => 10.1 gm alcohol in 100 ml capsule

Specific Gravity = Weight/Volume

Specific Gravity of alcohol = Weight of alcohol / Volume of alcohol

In 100 ml weight of alcohol is 10.1 gm, and the volume of alcohol is 12.8

Specific Gravity = 10.1 / 12.8

Specific Gravity = 0.789
