Write in a minimum of 310 words based on the information I have given.

How can we prevent infectious diseases? The best defense is being in good health, so a healthy lifestyle is important. Getting all recommended vaccinations also helps, as do avoiding exposure, practicing safer sex, and minimizing unnecessary use of antibiotics.

In this world 21 century the scientific world of man.People are surrounded with technology and infectious diseases too.

Infections disease are those which can be transmitted from one person to another and it can be sometime life threatening too.

To prevent from infectious diseases we must to clear our surroundings and should take care of our health we should eat healthy food which can make our immune system stronger like vegetables, fruits and nuts it cleanses the internal organs and immune us from external infections and help us to be healthy.

Healthy and keeping hygiene makes us healthy and active.

Sometime we should opt out for Recommended vaccines to protect ourselour from infections like there are some vaccines like hepatitis A,B,C,D it help us from avoided exposure and keep us safe from internal diseases .Some vaccination is to make our internal system strong to fight against the infectious diseases.

While intercourse we should use condom and contraception to avoide STD and keep safe from AIDS these are life threatening diseases and cannot be treated. So we should bot included with more than one sex partners to avoide transferable diseases.It is dangerous to do sex without protection.

We should not use antibiotics on small body issues.Getting addicted to the antibiotics can leads to infectious diseases because it can be harmful and create infections inside the body and can be bad .We should avoide taking it too much.

To make our life and health a priority we should be every cconcious towards the Recommendations given because by saving ourselves from STD,making a good hygiene ,keeping away from antibiotic and timely usage of vaccination can pre prevent us from life threatening and infectious diseases.
