There are multiple factors like Organizational factors, Individual factors, External Factors, all such can influence the decision making and problem solving processes,

• Organizational culture: as every organization maintain certain kind of culture, some kind of culture too ethnic and diversified in nature, adopt change easily and some kind of culture can create resistance to change, thus, the organizational culture can have huge effect on decision making and problem solving process,
• Experience: Individual Experience, skills, expertise level can help with the decision making process and problem solving processes,
• Standard: there are various industrial and benchmark standard, global standard, product and service standard, all such standard can affect or influence on the decision making processes and problem solving processes,
• Methodology: the operational process to process design, mental efficacy all such can influence the decision making processes and problem solving processes
