Answer: Nurses plays major role in the healthcare organisation as well as in the patient's life. They have to take decision as well as perform their responsibilities. The evidence based practice enables the nurses to act, perform and decision making. The evidence based practice act as a platform for the nurses so as to act at the right time and take right decision.

This provides all the researches as well as the education and the life long nursing process. The evidence based practice can be one of the major base for the providing quality of care to the patient.
